As of January 1, 2026, Gian Schaufelbühl, previously Sales Manager and Deputy Managing Director, will assume sole responsibility as Managing Director of Simeko AG. With this step, the operational leadership of the company is being passed on to a new generation.

In Gian Schaufelbühl, Simeko AG has found a successor who is worthy in every respect to follow long-standing Managing Director Katharina Bachmann. He enjoys the company’s full confidence and brings excellent qualifications to lead Simeko AG successfully and sustainably into the future. Over recent years, he has acquired extensive expertise in sintering technology and, thanks to his high level of professional competence and strong personal commitment, has earned the trust and respect of both business partners and customers.

Beat Bachmann, owner of Simeko AG, as well as Katharina Bachmann in her role as Delegate of the Board of Directors, will continue to support Gian Schaufelbühl with advice and active involvement. This ensures continuity within the proven management team and guarantees a smooth transition, as well as the consistently high level of expertise and service quality for which Simeko AG is known.
